Hi, I’m Mike Guest.

I came to this work the way many people come to it: through my own body breaking down and the realization that my physical pain was deeply connected to the "stuck" feeling I carried in my life. After years of fighting against my own system, I discovered that we are not broken objects waiting to be repaired. We are living, breathing webs of history, tension, and potential.

My Approach

My Why

What began as my own journey through chronic pain and disconnection has evolved into a dedicated practice of unwinding. I believe that true transformation isn't found in aggressive force or rigid systems, but in the intentional act of listening to the body’s wisdom. My process is centred on understanding the stories our tissues hold and creating the space necessary to release them.

Somatic Awareness

Through every session, we focus on reconnecting with the physical self. By slowing down and observing the subtle signals of your nervous system, we move past the "noise" of daily stress to find the root of what is holding you back.

Lasting Integration

I don’t believe in temporary fixes. We work to build lasting integration by bridging the gap between your physical movement and your emotional narrative, ensuring that the changes you make feel sustainable, authentic, and grounded in reality.
