Offerings

Immersive experiences are where things really sink in for me, which is why I offer these as one- or two-day packages. We move through a number of the different practices and modalities across the day, but we're not just working in a room. We go outside, walk, move the body, talk. In Edinburgh that might mean heading up Arthur's Seat or into the Pentlands. Up to Aviemore, out in the Cairngorms National Park, for a walk or a bike ride.
