Immersive experiences are where things really sink in for me, which is why I offer these as one or two day packages. We move through a number of the different practices and modalities across the day, but we're not just working in a room. We go outside, walk, move the body, talk. In Edinburgh that might mean heading up Arthur's Seat.
From late July I'll also be based 50% in Aviemore, so these days will be available in the Cairngorms National Park too.
