This page is about showing my working. Everyone listed here has shaped how I understand the body, how I understand myself, and ultimately how I work with clients. Some are formal training courses, some are people who have become teachers and mentors over time, and some are harder to categorise than that. All of them have left a mark.
I believe in transparency about where my knowledge comes from. I'm not someone who arrived at this with a single qualification and a clear path. I've pulled on a lot of threads over the years and I'm still pulling on them. These are the people and practices that have mattered most.
