My aim as a Foundation Training Instructor is to equip you with the tools to take control of your pain and help you feel confident in your body’s ability to handle the demands of modern life.

Foundation Training teaches individuals how to use their bodies properly, maintain good posture, and move with correct mechanics.
Foundation Training helps improve strength and mobility by decompressing the spine and rebalancing the muscular system, applying principles that benefit any activity. I healed my chronic pain through this practice and now lead active, pain-free life, teaching workshops and retreats in the UK and Europe.
