It’s World Mental Health Week so be good to yourself and the ones around you. We don’t need a week in the year to tell us this it’s what we should be doing all the time but this week when you're watching each video you know what to do. Five breaths in through your nose for a count of five and five press out of your nose for a count of five take it easy go slow and enjoy hope you all have a peaceful week.
Jazzy number sent over by @therealbburg I listened to this last night for going to bed and when I first woke up. I thought I’d give you a little taste of my journey to the beach the quiet moment to catch my eye as I wander down.
Barry @bzzjackson message me with a little bit of oystercatchers audio from his walk probably sometime after I’ve been down. I’ve seen that same flock almost every morning flying south to play around Musselburgh Harbour.
Had some fun with some subtle Soundescign today definitely one of my favourite things to do . right time to go pack coffee.
